Il contributo analizza il ruolo che la metafora può̀ assumere tra le strategie comunicative dei partecipanti a una mediazione, definita dal capo 1, lett. a), D.Lgs. n. 28/2010 come l’attività “svolta da un terzo imparziale e finalizzata ad assistere due o più̀ soggetti nella ricerca di un accordo amichevole per la composizione di una controversia, anche con formulazione di una proposta per la risoluzione della stessa”. Der vorliegende Sammelband zeigt auf, welche und wie kognitive Elemente beim Fremdsprachenlernen heute erforscht werden und welche Formen die Kognitivierung des Fremdsprachenlernens in der Praxis angenommen hat. Damit stand bei der Auswahl der Beiträge einmal im Vordergrund, die Themenvielfalt und Verschiedenheit der methodischen Zugänge zu gewährleisten. Außerdem sollte der Tagungsband vom Geiste der IDT beseelt sein, nämlich Ausdruck von praxisorientierter Forschung und an Forschung orientierter Praxis sein. Daher wurden ausschließlich Beiträge gewählt, in deren Mittelpunkt empirische Forschungsunternehmen stehen. Ein letztes Kriterium waren die Beitragenden selbst.

<strong>Being relatives when alternative therapies are used in the "fight against cancer"</strong><br />CAM (Complementary and Alternative Medicine) is prevalent among cancer patients. Relatives are central to support and care for the patient but experience challenges and stresses in this role. The purpose of this study was to gain knowledge of how it is experienced to be relative of people with terminal cancer who seeks CAM. Five qualitative semi-structured in-depth interviews of relatives and nine biographies written by relatives were analyzed using systematic text condensation.
